Chef Amy's menu celebrates her mantra, “simple is exquisite," showcasing the seasonal bounty of the Mid-Atlantic region and the versatility, grace, and overall delicacy of Italian cuisine.

Each dish weaves Italian and global cuisine, creating an interesting dialogue of food (and wine) inspired by specific ingredients, concepts, and experiences. The tasting menu changes weekly and is available on Fridays at 7 pm.
