Centrolina is delighted to welcome Chef Fernando González of 2Fifty Texas BBQ for a special Chef’s Table collaboration with Chef Amy Brandwein on Thursday, October 1.

Hosted in Centrolina’s private Chef’s Salon, this intimate dinner will bring together the chefs’ distinct culinary backgrounds, personal stories, and creative perspectives through a four-course collaborative tasting menu.

Chef Fernando and Chef Amy will each create dishes inspired by their individual traditions and cooking styles, with courses served both individually and family-style throughout the evening. Guests will begin with a composed canapé presentation featuring a creation from each chef.

Seating is limited to 26 guests at two communal tables, creating a warm and engaging dining experience centered around food, storytelling, and collaboration.

A portion of the evening’s proceeds will benefit the Southern Smoke Foundation, which provides emergency relief and mental health services to people in the food and beverage industry.

Please note that communal seating is part of this special Chef’s Table experience.
