Join Chef Angel Barreto on July 22 for a special collaborative Chef’s Table dinner at Centrolina, alongside Chef Amy Brandwein, one of Washington’s most celebrated culinary talents and an eight-time James Beard Award nominee.

Hosted in Centrolina’s intimate Chef’s Salon, this one-night-only experience will feature a four-course tasting menu that brings together Chef Angel’s contemporary approach to Korean cuisine with Chef Amy’s ingredient-driven Italian cooking. Together, the chefs will explore the connections between their culinary perspectives through a menu highlighting seasonal Mid-Atlantic ingredients, thoughtful technique, and bold, expressive flavors.

Throughout the evening, guests will have the opportunity to engage with both chefs and gain insight into the creative process behind the collaboration, making for a uniquely personal dining experience.

Chef Angel Barreto, Executive Chef and Partner of Anju, has been recognized as one of the country’s leading voices in Korean cuisine, earning honors including Food & Wine Best New Chef (2021), StarChefs Game Changer (2022), and the 2024 RAMMY Award for Chef of the Year.

Seats are limited for this intimate, one-night-only event.

A portion of the evening’s proceeds will benefit Chef Angel Barreto’s charity of choice.
