Start with a rotating welcome bite, then choose from dishes like Peach & Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho, Spaghetti-Crusted Gulf Prawn, Corn Raviolone with black truffle butter, or Cognac-Grilled Beef Cheek.
Finish with creative desserts like Sesame-Butterscotch Budino or Chocolate Torta with red wine and fig. Optional supplements like summer truffles and Baerii caviar available.
