Chef Amy Brandwein created the Chef’s Table series three years ago during the pandemic—born from a deep longing to cook and connect with her friends again. What started as a small, heartfelt idea has grown into one of DC’s most intimate and exciting fine dining experiences.

This July, Chef Amy is thrilled to welcome Chef Yuan Tang of the Michelin-starred Rooster & Owl for a one-night-only collaborative dinner in Centrolina’s Private Chef’s Salon. Together, they’ll craft a seasonal, market-driven menu that celebrates peak-summer ingredients, thoughtful sourcing, and the joy of cooking with community.
