Centrolina is thrilled to welcome acclaimed chef, author, and Top Chef finalist Eric Adjepong of Elmina for a one-night-only Chef’s Table dinner celebrating bold flavors, heritage, and culinary storytelling.

At Elmina, Chef Eric draws on his West African roots and global culinary experience to craft a contemporary Ghanaian menu that’s as thoughtful as it is flavorful. Known for his appearances on Top Chef, Tournament of Champions, and Selena + Chef, as well as his bestselling children’s book Sankofa, Chef Eric brings a unique perspective to every plate. For this special evening, he joins forces with Chef Amy in Centrolina’s intimate Chef’s Salon for a collaborative menu that bridges cultures and traditions with creativity and care.
