6/25 Chef’s Table: A Celebration of Latin Flavors with MITA

Join 7x James Beard Award–nominated Chef Amy Brandwein for the next evening in her 2025 Chef’s Table series, featuring special guests Chef Miguel Guerra and Tatiana Mora of MITA.

Together, Amy, Miguel, and Tatiana will prepare a collaborative four-course tasting menu in Centrolina’s intimate Chef’s Salon, blending their signature styles and shared passion for seasonal, expressive cooking. Expect bold, unexpected flavors rooted in Latin American heritage and shaped by the vegetable kingdom.

MITA is known for reimagining Latin cuisine by spotlighting the extraordinary potential of vegetables—flipping the traditional protein-forward narrative and presenting a fresh, vibrant perspective. As Venezuelan natives, Miguel and Tatiana draw inspiration from across South America, blending traditional ingredients with modern techniques and storytelling.
